Posterior cervical fixation system offers a wide range of implants and instrumentation to meet the special requirements of the cervical and thoracic region of spine.
With its lower profile design of the screw and simple instrumentation Kentro PCF is exceptionally safe & secure top loading implant system to stabilize the posterior cervical Spine
Smaller Implant construct, better biomechanical strength and easy access instruments – This helps to achieve a fast and efficient surgical procedure with optimal patient outcomes.
Kentro PCF (3.5/3.75 system) – It is an enhanced set of instruments and implants meant for posterior cervical fixation (Lateral mass/cervical pedicle/C1-C2).
FlexibilityMarking on Implant – The Implants provide the flexibility required to accommodate the variations in patient anatomy and type of procedure.
Rods & Cervical Plates
Dual Diameter Rod/ Tapering Rod – It accommodates two different types of diameter for accommodating screws according to anatomy of spine.
Cervical Plates – Available in two different sizes (Large & Medium).
T shaped cervical plates – For perfectly matching the anatomy of patient.
Different placement location – Five different placement location of occipital screws.
Occipital Fixation – 3.5 mm rod connects the screw in the cervical spine with the plate in the occiput to achieve a stable occipital- cervical fixation.
Open parallel connectors or tapered rods – Can be used to connect the 3.5mm rod with any 5.5 mm rod thus extend the construct to the thoracic spine.
Screws
Poly- axial screws with up to 40° angulations in all directions.
Low-Profile tulip – Self-tapping Screws- For easy and rapid insertion.
Available in 3.5mm & 4mm dia.
Length available in 10mm to 32 mm.
Locking cap has reverse buttress thread.
Dual option for 2-point reduction – It has two different option for reduction. one at the top-notch grove of tulip and other at the mid of tulip.
Chances of slippage during reduction is less due to the presence of reduction point at various location in tulip.
